We offer method of delivery, Standard Delivery. Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt of order. Collection Free to collect the item from our sop direct.
Depending on weight, size, order value and delivery method required, UK orders will either be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by Parcelforce.
UK Standard Delivery for orders
Regardless of the number of items you order. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) Please allow 3-9 working days for delivery.

Stone items flat rate for Englad & Wales @ £35 per delivery Address. Some items may take longer to order and deliver direct o your door, these items are marked with the delivery time on the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO DELIVERY COSTS:
The above delivery prices are for most UK mainland addresses. However, delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly may incur an additional delivery charge and be excluded from Free Delivery for orders £65 and over. The Lanes Garden Shop will contact you prior to dispatch if applicable.
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email of any delay and dispatch the item as soon as it is in stock.
We are happy to add delivery instructions to the front of a parcel. However, The Lanes Garden Shop cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the unattended parcel.
RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS:
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from receipt of order. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to receive a refund/exchange. Return delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please notify us via email or use our contact form to obtain a return or exchange number before returning any goods.
A returned or exchanged item is the customer's responsibility until received by Lanes Garden Shop. We therefore advise you use an insured delivery method to return an item to Lanes Garden Shop, as we are not accountable for parcels being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order. We can then arrange for a refund or replacement (if in stock) after the damaged item has been returned to us. In these circumstances Lanes Garden Shop will reimburse the customer for the reasonable delivery cost of the returned damaged item.
